Dayton, DPT, is a dedicated physical therapist and a cherished member of the Heber community. As a long-standing resident, Dayton's local roots and connections are invaluable. He is an alumnus of Wasatch High School and subsequently pursued higher education at Utah Valley University. In 2010, he graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science.During his academic years, Dayton married his sweetheart, a Midway native, and together they embarked on an adventure to Texas. There, Dayton attained a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University in 2014.
Dayton’s charismatic and affable personality has a positive impact on his patients, fostering an uplifting environment conducive to healing. His compassionate approach and clinical expertise are instrumental in guiding patients through their recovery journey.
Dayton's family is the cornerstone of his life. He and his wife are now proud parents of three children. They make their home in Heber, where they take pleasure in the outdoors and relish the opportunity to explore the picturesque valley as a family.

Zak "Dr. Dunk" Potts is a proud Texan originally from Fort Worth, Texas. Zak received his Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with minors in Business and Gerontology from Brigham Young University. He walked on to the Track and Field team his freshman year as a pole vaulter but soon found his calling as the BYU mascot "Cosmo the Cougar" and performed from 2015-2019. His most notable stunt as Cosmo was the 3-point basket-toss dunk. Zak was also a member of the BYU and Utah Jazz Dunk teams where he has traveled as far as China to perform his acrobatic dunking for thousands of fans.
Zak returned to Texas to attend Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas where he earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2024. There, he was a graduate assistant where he ran the anatomy lab, truly honing in his knowledge of the human body. Zak graduated at the top of his class with honors for his clinical experience and was voted most likely to know what life was like before the internet.
Zak currently resides in Heber, Utah with his beautiful wife and son. Together they love hiking, camping, biking, and playing an array of sports. Zak still dunks occasionally with "The Dunk Team" and will perform flips for tips in the office if requested. However, his favorite past time is spending time with his wife and teaching his son to do stunts.

Jennifer, DPT, OCS, CSCS, is an esteemed physical therapist originating from the vibrant Colorado Springs, Colorado. Her impressive academic journey began at the United States Air Force Academy, and later she achieved her Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Physical Therapy from the prestigious Baylor University. Jennifer honed her skills through extensive practice within the United States Air Force, serving across the globe.Jennifer’s decision to settle in Park City and become a part of the Wasatch team is our great fortune. She brings to the clinic an invaluable repository of experience in outpatient orthopedics. She holds esteemed board certification as an Orthopedic Specialist (OCS), Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), as well as certifications in Dry Needling and Selective Functional Movement Assessment.
As a skilled manual therapist, Jennifer’s expertise lies in sports medicine and spine rehabilitation, employing a holistic and evidence-based approach to patient care.
Residing in Park City, she remains in perpetual admiration of the locale’s allure as a ski resort town. She wholeheartedly embraces the myriad outdoor activities Park City boasts, further fostering her personal connection to physical wellness.

Omar Torres, PTA, has a vibrant heritage that hails from the land of the Aztec warriors. His family made the journey to the United States when Omar was a young child, and the stunning valley of Heber City has since become his cherished home.
Omar’s journey with our clinic began in 2013 when he joined the team as an aide. His dedication and passion led him to pursue further education, and he successfully graduated from Provo College with a Physical Therapist Assistant degree in the summer of 2015.
There is an ineffable quality that Omar brings to our clinic, an essence that resonates positively with both patients and colleagues. He has an innate ability to foster a warm and motivating environment, which is pivotal in the healing process.
Omar’s dedication to his profession is unwavering, and he cannot envisage being a part of any other vocation or clinic. This steadfast commitment is a testament to his love for what he does and the community he serves.

Brandon Findarle, PTA, is a proficient Physical Therapist Assistant and an alumnus of Provo College. Brandon plays an integral role at our clinic by administering aquatic therapy at the Homestead Crater and conducting personalized one-on-one sessions at various locations.
Apart from his professional commitments, Brandon is a zealous outdoorsman. His diverse hobbies encompass hunting, fishing, skiing, surfing, and skateboarding. Furthermore, Brandon is fortunate to have an incredible personal trainer in his life – his wife. Her expert guidance ensures that he stays in prime physical condition for his wide array of outdoor pursuits.

Carolyn is a versatile Physical Therapy Aide and Licensed Massage Therapist at Wasatch Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine, stationed at our Park City location. Hailing from the scenic town of Kamas, Utah, Carolyn has fostered a deep-rooted connection with the local community.
Carolyn’s dual role in our clinic enables her to offer a comprehensive approach to patient care. As a Physical Therapy Aide, she assists in guiding patients through exercises and recovery plans. Concurrently, as a Licensed Massage Therapist, she employs therapeutic massage techniques that are instrumental in alleviating pain, promoting relaxation, and enhancing the healing process.
Outside of the clinic, Carolyn is a spirited sportsperson and an outdoor enthusiast. She actively participates in soccer, basketball, and football, and cherishes hiking through the region’s picturesque landscapes. Moreover, family holds a special place in Carolyn's heart, and she treasures the time spent with her loved ones.

Krisde serves in the dual capacity of Physical Therapy Aide and Office Manager at Wasatch Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine’s Park City office. A native of Kamas, Utah, Krisde is an integral member of our team, boasting an impressive tenure of over 11 years working alongside Dan.
Krisde’s experience and efficiency as an Office Manager ensure seamless administrative operations, while her role as a Physical Therapy Aide allows her to engage directly with patients, offering support and assistance throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Krisde’s unwavering passion for working with people shines through in her interactions with patients and staff alike. She is especially enthusiastic about helping young athletes recover and return to their sports, acting as both a guide and cheerleader for them.
Beyond her professional commitments, Krisde is a devoted wife and mother of two children. Her leisure interests are varied, encompassing photography, playing softball, soccer, indulging in crafts, and reveling in outdoor activities.
